Savory Roasted Brussels Sprouts
I love Brussels Sprouts...my hubby not so much. So, in my quest to find a Brussels Sprouts recipe he likes I customized a pretty basic recipe to get these crispy, tasty (healthy) treats.
- 1/4 Cup Hazelnuts Rough Chopped
- 2 tsp Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Freshly Ground
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Pound Brussels Sprouts Halved
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl, then spread in an even layer on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes (cooking time will vary based on size of the brussels sprouts).
