  • 10:30 – 12:00 Group Session: The Thoughts You Choose to Think

  • 12:00 – 1:00 Lunch

  • 1:00 – 2:15 Group Session: The Foods You Choose to Eat

  • 2:15 – 3:15 Cardio Drumming

  • 3:15 – 4:30 Group Session: The Way You Choose to Move

  • 4:30 – 5:00 Drive to Stevensville Martin’s for Private Cooking Class

  • 5:00 – 7:30 Private Cooking Lesson (view the yummy menu!)

Sunday

  • 8:00 – 8:30 Breakfast

  • 8:30 – 8:45 Brisk walk to the beach

  • 8:45 – 9:45 Beach yoga

  • 9:45 – 10:30 Stroll back / break

  • 10:30 – 12:00 Group Session: Putting Your Plan Together

  • 12:00 – 12:30 Goodbyes & Evaluations

The cost for the weekend was $350, exclusive of lodging. This fee covered Food, Coaching and Activities (Wine Tasting, Yoga, Group Sessions, Cardio Drumming, and Private Cooking Class).

Some of those who joined us from out of town stayed at the beautiful Inn at Harbor Shores in St. Joseph. The resort is very popular and is often booked full.
